- Owned the PostgreSQL schema used by the college sites and the internal ticketing system.
- Defined Supabase row-level security and the content model for each role.
- Built role-gated CMS flows for courses, campuses, and partner content, and GSAP motion on those pages.
- Built the internal ticketing system: Kanban boards, timelines, filters, and team tracking.
- Reviewed architecture and pull requests before AI features, Prismic college sites, and the Kanban ticketing system went out.

PEN Ticketing System — Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma

Featured

PEN Ticketing System

Internal ticketing platform for PEN, used by 100+ people to run 5k+ active tickets a month across 120+ projects. Microsoft Entra ID limits sign-in to organisation accounts. Prisma holds the workflow on PostgreSQL, and server handlers enforce department-scoped roles.

Next.js App Router for the board, sprints, ticket detail, and time log. TanStack Query on the client, Prisma on the server.
Roles are admin, manager, lead, and staff, with a separate membership per team. Department scope is checked in server components and route handlers, not with row-level security.
Supabase Realtime and Resend notify on assignment and mention. A GitHub webhook moves status forward only when a pull request opens or merges.
